      Anything wrong with this WILD plan? SOme tips?

      Okay, I'm trying to WILD today! And this is my shortened plan for it:

      Going to lie down in bed around 11pm-12pm (4-5 hours from now). I'll make an alarm ring 6 hours after my sleep. When it rings, I'll go to the bathroom, do some random things just to get me a bit less groggy. Then, I should lie down in bed in a comfortable position and try not to move, probably counting or something else to keep my awarenes on. And then hope for the best

      What do you think of this plan? Any tips for me?

      Sounds like a good WILD technique to me, of course there are other techniques (like if you are good at visualisation), good luck!

      Thank you! I could try visualisation, but I don't think I'm very good at it :/

      Eh, damn it. My alarm didn't turn on because it had some of the old settings for my school alarm, so it doesn't ring on weekend. Missed the chance... I'll maybe do it while napping...
