Okay, I'm trying to WILD today! And this is my shortened plan for it:
Going to lie down in bed around 11pm-12pm (4-5 hours from now). I'll make an alarm ring 6 hours after my sleep. When it rings, I'll go to the bathroom, do some random things just to get me a bit less groggy. Then, I should lie down in bed in a comfortable position and try not to move, probably counting or something else to keep my awarenes on. And then hope for the best 
What do you think of this plan? Any tips for me?
