Thread: hmmm was it a beginning of WILD?

My heartbeat rapidly increased and so did the breathing. Like after doing a sport. Maybe it was caused by sudden fear I got from that state I was in.
After a few seconds I started to feel my body and came back to the normal state.

So was it something related to WILD or just something totally off this topic?

Hi Hitokage, I would say that was just some Hipnagogic Imaginery or HI, it can become really weird, I once felt like my whole consciousness was reduced to my right hand thumb, like if I was the thumb. The increased heartbeat is also normal as far as I know when practicing WILD, in my opinion you were in the right track, just remember to be relaxed and dont freak out about wathever happens to you.

Thank you. I always have DILDs and I just thought that I will play around with WILD a bit .

Oh I forgot to mention that I felt really fast twitching somewhere around my both eyebrows. I don't think it was like REM, I felt it like from above, not movement of eyes.

Sounds like HI and normal sensations of falling asleep, you are on the right track that you were aware through them, if they happen again next time observe them passively and stay calm. Also check out those threads and tutorials if you haven't already, they contain very helpful info about WILD:
