Thread: Stop, drop and roll question

Hi,
I'd like to ask if I have to do the roll part, because I can make it into SP (I think) by just lying on my back, but when I roll on side (left/right) I just don't know how to put my hands the way they won't touch and I can't get into the feeling of body numbness. Thanks for answers

by numbness do you mean vibrations? if yes then it happens only during the initial stage, after that the vibrations quitens and you can just get up and leave your body.


if roll technique is not working for you then switch to others. there are loads of techniques like visualise your self to be lighter then air you will automatically float upwards or do the opposite and visualize to be very heavy so that you can sink through your body and bed.
i recommend monroe's rope technique. its works amazingly well for me.

if you are having trouble getting into sleep paralysis in the first place then read the tutorial written by jef777 on dreamviews callef free fall technique. lots of people had success with it. i hope this helps
