So...i had just started doing WILD and im doing it every morning, the main problem i have is timing and duration.
For duration now my WILDs usually last about 3 minutes something like that, is this because im doing them in the morning?Or is there another explanation?
About timing...as i said i do WILD in the morning but until i achieve it i just relax and wait about 15 minutes(not that im counting or anything) and then take a little break and try again and as soon as a feel anything like vibrations, sounds, etc.... its easy from there .My question is how do i know when to do it its not very fun to lie in bed and wait for about 45 minutes :/.
