Yeah...lately I've done WBTB and naps, only in WBTB I've been able to get into SP. The naps I take really differ from each day, it could be from 4 hours after i wake up, or like 7. It seems I can never get into SP or have any hallucinations while taking a nap. Is this because of my timing? I do everything right for WILDs: stay still, let my mind wander, have an anchor, etc. but I can never seem to go into SP (when napping) or go past it (WBTB). I've felt the hallucinations during WBTB, like my blanket almost squeezes more against me it seems and I've had my heart race a lot. I'm not quite sure I'm doing wrong, lol.
