Thread: WBTB + WILD Failed + RC A little success

Hi guys tonight i've tried to W.I.L.D unfortunely it failed but somewhat was near success in achieving lucidity

I went to sleep at 11 AM i've set timer to woke me up at 3:40 AM
When i woke up i've turned on light and went to toilet then went back to my room
I've streched my limbs and went back to the bed

Performed WILD
After some time like 5 - 7 mins my fingers and feets got numb
A little sleep paralys got in and paralysed my foot toe
Some time later i was unable to feel whether my hands are in air or on bed
And there the problem appeared my sleep paralys didn't expanded

Whether i always have sleep paralys it works only on my toes eventualy only right toe
After that i had minor halucinations a very small shapes which dissappeared quickly and eventualy few sound hallucinations i think i heard
Then nothing expanded nor increased unfortunely so i've started counting up like this 1. i'm dreaming 2. i'm dreaming..
And some time after doing math 8 * 8 n' counting in my mind to keep me awake i've fell asleep
Thought it was a little of success for me in dream
When i was walking around i've asked my self Is this not a dream? but i didn't do reality check i've quit them 4 - 5 days ago

Thought i've didn't succeded much i've for first time managed to question whether i dream or not in dream
Maybe WBTB + WILD TRY + Counting 1... i'm dreaming 2... i'm dreaming and doing math in my mind and reality checking is the way to do it for me
Hopefully i'il be able to get lucid someday

A suggestions or ideas or corrections on my mistakes or things i forgot to do would be lovely

What you are describing is not SP.

Best thing I can recommend, is to read WILD by sageous. He explains the whole process in great detail. Then compare it to your practice and see what yo could do diferently. Happy dreams
