I am still new to this and may have used wrong lingo, still learning. If this is to long to read just skip to the questions below.

This was my third attempt at WILD and second time I achieved Sleep Paralysis. Even though I got into SP state I couldn't get myself to start a dream. I kept almost falling asleep even woke myself up snoring 3 times.

Eventually I must have fell asleep because I Just remembered all of a sudden I was chasing someone with a wolf at my side but was more like I was watching it from a viewers prospective and not my own. I never really had a clear view, almost like looking through a foggy window. I could make out myself and the wolf but not much of my surroundings or any real color.

I didn't watch this for long, felt like fractions of a second and said in my head "I am dreaming" and everything started to fade out quickly. Felt me being back in my bed, but tried to stay in the state of SP. This happened about three more times where I felt like I was seeing myself but it was very foggy and never got much other then a general out line of what I was doing. Never any color or much of any detail just me running around.

So my questions are...

1. When I do get into SP what should I be doing? Everything I have read been about getting to SP but I dont know much about getting the dream going.
2. I assume I was close even if it was grainy. What can I do to keep it going and make it clearer?
3. Is it odd that I wasn't dreaming from my prospective. Will it always be that way?
4. When you Lucid dream how clear is everything?
5. How well do you remember your dream when you Lucid dream?
