Hi, I am having problems with the WILD technique because of a strange problem. I am very good at relaxing and remaining completely still, and making my body go numb as I try to focus. I get very close to sleep paralysis every single time, but I've hit a brick wall. I have a weird breathing problem that stops me from reaching sleep paralysis. I try to breath nice and deep, and how I would breath while I'm asleep, but I get this mind numbing urge to jump out of my skin after a while. It's like my whole body cringes in discomfort for a few seconds, then it stops, then happens again, like a cycle. I don't have any medical conditions and I'm completely healthy, and I'm only 19. I have been able to get past this weird cringe I get while focusing on berthing only once. After about 10-15 horrible waves of discomfort, I got a tingly feeling and it stopped. I tried to focus on the vibration, but it slowly went away and I have up. Any advice or insight as to what the heck is going on with me? |
