      Cant sleep because of WILD

      Alright I've buggered up.up. I've been WILDing for a while,I have had a few.
Whenever I go to sleep I feel the "Numbness" Feeling when wild starts,I usually think to myself "Great A wild" But the WILD doesn't work because i don't go through REM and I cant get to sleep for the rest of the night (Or at least for a good couple of hours) So,My question is,How do I stop this I haven't had a good night sleep in AGES.

You try to wild before sleep or with wbtb method?

For me it's impossible to WILD before sleeping naturally. It's way easier to get WILD to work with wbtb
And the whole point of WILD method is to fall asleep but while keeping consciousness

To keep consciousness people use anchors so their mind won't fall asleep while performing WILD
So if you can't fall asleep you won't be able to do WILD

And being unable to fall asleep could be caused by different sleeping posistion (not a default on with which you sleep)
Or just fact that your excepting something, If your excepting something to happen you won't be able to sleep. So subconscioussly you will keep yourself from falling asleep if you wait for something or except something.
You could maybe try to fool yourself that you are just falling asleep naturally (While you will still follow WILD rules)
