Hi guys i've got a question
I've been trying twice a new anchor which is focusing on breathing (not controlling it) and keeping mind empty
Both tries resulted in DILD somehow
at first try it was random gaining lucidity in dream without reason
at second thought i didn't practiced anything of dild in dream i saw car moving on it's own and i've noticed it's dream
So about the questions
1. Was my WILD-Anchor cause of lucid dream success or it was just coincidence?
2. Is my anchor lacking something or it's good one?
3. Do i need to focus on my anchor all the time? (I heard that during near-sleep if we lose focus for even small moment we can accidently fall asleep)
4. I might sometimes lose focus on anchor, would that cause me to fall asleep? (Since i don't remembered transistion stuff i assume i fell asleep)
