im trying to WILD.
i relax and then i lay down and keep my thoughts running. then i get all those vibrations
and im starting to hallucinate. now that when the problems begin. every time im starting
to hear something and see something that looks real i kind of wake up. it feels like im being
thrown out of it and my breath becomes heavy for a few moments. Like waking up from a nightmare.
It happens to me at least 10-15 time every time i attempt wild.
I think that these hallucinations are the beginning of the dream but for some reason i cant stay
on those and i wake up. When i try to focus or just relax when i recognize it, it just fades away.
I usually give up after 25-40 minutes since i lay down.
does anyone here has some advices to how to enter the lucid dream?
or just explain me what im doing wrong?

P.S
I keep having those hallucinations until i suddenly have a sleep paralysis. i lay few minutes after but nothing happens.
