You shouldn't pay too much attention to HH it's just thing that happens everytime we fall asleep
But we never remember experiencing it because we were back at that time unconscious to certain degree
I rarely encounter any WILD Transition Effects or maybe i'm just not paying any attention to them if they are there
I'm focusing on other stuff (Holding Up Consciousness)

To be honest paying too much attention to HH might nullify your attempt,
That's what most of people say.

It might be that you either focus too much on HH or your just getting slightly excited due to seeing them.

If you'il have still some questions then i can try to answer them.

What he said I used to pay attention to HH/HI although I didnt really notice that and kinda did it unconciuously.
Also don´t see them as a big achievement, your goal is a WILD! Dont keep yourself from falling asleep by paying to much attention to something that futile..
