I had many LDs but now I want to master WILD so that I can practice LDs when I want.

I decided to practice meditation every day for I hope all my life (lol) because first I love meditation and I love self mastery, I think it will be a great help for LDs. My technique is just to focus on the breath. I'm gonna do it every day for about 20 minutes. I decided to practice meditation because my concentration is low while practicing WILD.

So my question is: Do you think that if I meditate every day for 20 minutes, do you think that after one or two months it would be easy for me to succeed WILD technique at will? The basic technique of WILD is to do the same, the only difference is that you are in bed and prepared to sleep. If you have any other advices it would be cool =)
