it's ok but you need to be aware all that time that you are thinking, or that you are actively engaging with a thought. If you forget that, then I don't think it's really possible to enter dreamworld fully conscious. |

So, since I have started to research WILD I see so many advice "keep passive observation of your thoughts". But today I stumbled on a post of FaceBook Lucid Dreaming group where on member wrote a technique about active engaging in lucid dream induction. |
