So few years ago i was able to attain lucid WILD by simply going into mindfulness state, removing all thoughts and focusing on inside my mind.
After 2 successful attempts i stopped doing it.

Now i discovered this topic:

and since i like to learn and using something similar to loci constantly i decided to experiment with it.
I have 50 objects which in waking state while not sleeping, i can quickly view one by one.
And in waking state when i view them there are some moments when unwanted thought make me forget some element, so i have to concentrate more, but i can quickly return.
Now what happens while i am in bed is completely different.
There is literally ocean of thoughts wanting to sink me.
I never knew that mind can generate so many thoughts. Probably it is seen only in the moments when i dont want them to appear.
So in day time when i review my smth like memory palace it looks mostly like this:

alarm clock rings and it is morning, mind tricked me

of course i know that i had unwanted thoughts only after a while,i am not conscious about them momentary, but after some time.
Also sometimes if i concentrate too much, when i am really mad that i allowed unwanted thoughts i got so stressed that cant sleep later.

So what can be remedy for my failures?
Is it only problem with concentration?
So should i just do it more and more and dont give up?
