I've been attempting WILD now with no success. I've read alot about WILD so I understand the basic idea of what I should do, but I feel like im doing something wrong. I've been going to sleep at around around 10:00PM and set my alarm clock for 3:30 each night. After waking up, I turn off my alarm clock and go directly into the process. I've been trying to do the "stop drop and roll" but it still hasn't been helping me much. I lay down face up, hands above my head and hold them there for around 10 minutes until they are nearly numb. I then put my arms down and hold them close to my side. Movement isn't an issue and I can generally hold my swallow reflex pretty well (although it makes my mouth really dry) after I start to get a bit uncomfortable (around 20 min or so) I turn to my side (Is this the turn signal?). after that I just lay on my side and try to obtain lucidity. Patience isn't a problem as there are times that I'll literally lay on my side for hours and get no results. Sometimes my body will start to get a "swaying feel" as if someone is rocking me in a hammock. I'm not sure if that is what I want or not. What should I be thinking about when I'm in this process? I've generally tried to concentrate my eyes on the images/light I see whenever my eyes are closed, and sometimes my mind will go on different tangents and create scenarios with myself inside of them. this just kinda happens by myself but I cant find my self able to hold them for long. maybe like 5 seconds each. The closest I've ever been to becoming lucid was after the "turning" step. about 5 minutes after turning, I started to see this pulsing static screen. It was so sudden that is completely caught me off guard and completely woke me up. My heat was probably beating 2x its normal speed. It also just so happens that this was one of the attempts where I was trying to listen to music. Should I continue listening to music when I try to WILD? and also, is there anythng I'm doing wrong? . This is incredibly frustrating as many of you probably know. Any helps and/or tips are truly appreciated. Thanks!
