Try sleeping with more pillows or with a thicker pillow. From what I've heard, propping your head up enough helps, probably because it makes most of your saliva go down your throat instead of accumulating in your mouth. |

I'm not really sure if this is in the right place. If it isn't, mods please move it.. I've had eight or so LDs in my two and a half months of practicing. None of them WILD except one. However, I feel as though I could have many more if I could pass this roadblock.. |

"Going through life worrying about the little things is like cooking with motor oil instead of cooking oil. Sure, you can still probably pull it off, but it'll leave a bad taste in your mouth in retrospect." - Me, apparently

It's actually funny that the night I finally make a thread, I accidentally did exactly what you suggested before reading it. It worked well, for anyone with the same issue. I managed to sleep with my head on the edge of a couch and that's what fixed that for me. I'd imagine like spellbee2 said, a few pillows would do the trick.. Thanks! |
