For dream recall, I would suggest when you wake up just laying there and remember as much detail as you can. I do that and sometimes parts of the dream I forgot come back to me! It's best to do it right when you wake b/c if you get up and just go on about your day then you'll forget the majority of your dream. Another thing you can do is the MILD technique, but the mantra can revolve around you remembering your dreams. For example, you can fall asleep thinking to yourself "I will remember my dreams" or something like that. For WILD maybe you can't fall asleep because your mind is too active after doing all of that stuff. So maybe instead of listening to the 2 songs, cut that down to just going to the bathroom & also keep the lights low/dim so your mind and body are still sort of relaxed. Just my 2 cents |
