I am somewhat of a natural lucid dreamer, but since I became an adult it has been much harder. I have experience sporadically in the past, but now I want to be consistent in my practice. So I’ve been doing ADA, dream journaling, meditating, WBTB for WILD. WILD used to be so elusive for me, but for the past week I’ve been doing it every night. Tonight, my dream even lasted 50 minutes (fell asleep at 3:00 and woke up at 3:50) which is something I struggled with. I even did one of the lucid tasks of the month! |

have you thought about starting a workbook in for example DILD class? |

haha sorry, perhaps the Wild class, but making a book for keeping track off what is working and what is not might be helpful also they have some great advice in there even about wilding. :-) |

Yeah, that’s probably a good idea. I do keep a detailed dream journal on my phone also. |
