      Don't do anything that gets your adrenalin cranking. You want to foster as serene a mood as possible. Also good to have your attention during that time on dream related stuff.

      Try watching Slash112's tutorials. That worked for me early on.
      Click on the "Dream Tube" tab at the top of the page.
