      I once stayed awake for 4 hours and still got a WILD (woke up at 4 am, went back to sleep at 8 am). I was used to being at school at that time, so I guess my mind didn't want me to go to sleep, but my body was tired so it shut itself down. It's strange how these things go.

      That's a bit different, I think. What he's talking about is a WILD in the middle of the night. Yours fits under the nap category. There's not much difference, but the techniques aren't quite the same.
