      Sleep rhytm and WILD

(I donīt know if "rhytm" is the right word)

So, I think, that after I have a solid sleep rhytm, I can finally achieve WILDs every night. Thatīs because now I go to sleep just whenever I like, and because of that Iīm never tired after Iīve woken up to WILD.
During school I was always very tired when I woke up, and I suspect that that is because I had a steady sleep rhytm.

What do you think, does a solid sleep rhytm make you WILD easier?

No way. When I had a solid sleep rhythm (April) I had only four WILDs.
Then I started messing up my sleep rhythm (June) - sleeping only 3-6 hours per day, sometimes not sleeping at all, sometimes only in the afternoon, and I had 8 WILDs. I know it's not healthy, but hey! 8 WILDs.

I think that a messed sleep pattern gives you spontaneus LDs, but Iīm sure that itīs gonna help at least me if I have a steady one. Cuz I know that I need to get tired.
