      The WILD Technique

WILD, or basically fall asleep planning to dream, works very well in my experience. But it is difficult to do this at the beginning of the night.

I like to wake up after a full night of sleep, and I usually have time to go back to sleep. When I become fully conscious after waking up and am able to fall back asleep, I find this to be the best time to use the WILD technique.

A WILD is not falling asleep planning to dream. It's entering a dream consciously. There's a difference.
