Holy crap. Was I close or what?

So this morning I got up around 8:30, had some breakfast, drank a little diet coke and then took one allergey pill to help my itchy eyes. I become a little tired from the allergey pill and decide to go back to sleep for a little while. I lay on my side for a few minutes and go "Aw, what hell, let's try." So I lay on my back and begin to wild. I focus on my breathing. I breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth. I begin to hear random voices but this isn't my usual auditory hallucinations. They seem different. After probably about 10-15 minutes (Estimated time) I just feel this...wave of something come over me. This is where it get's intense. My breathing and heart rate increase at a point where it felt like my heart was just going to explode. This very loud ringing occured too. I suddenly begin to get this fear and my mind is telling me to stop but I forced that message out of my head and kept going. I think about 15 seconds into it I feel the sudden need to swallow. So I do but it keeps going for a few more seconds and than slows down...then just stops. I lay there for a minute and slowly open my eyes but I'm still in my room. I do a reality check and I am not dreaming. So I just laid on my side and went to sleep. After I had done this, my body felt relaxed and heavy.
Now, I know it's different for everyone, but has this happened to anyone else? Is it natural?
      Thanks!

This is very natural amongst WILD'ers chaos . Congratulations, I encourage you to continue on with persistence. Don't let fear ruin your attempts...afterall, this process happens to you every time you fall asleep...the only thing you're doing different is remaining cognizant of the process AS it is happening. Congratulations again for coming a leap closer to having a WILD Chaos!

Oh, okay! Thank you. By the way, I read your tutorial before I attempted the wild and it really did help.
      Thanks again!
