Meditate, one thing you can do is this.
Sit in the most comfortable position you want, let your limbs relax all your muscles relax and close your eyes. Imagine your on a giant pillar in the clouds and there are clouds passing by, within these couds are thoughts in your head, imagine the clouds moving at a good speed past you. While they past pay attention, but dont get attatched to the thought and once it passes, erase it from your current state of mind. do this until all the thoughts are stationary so you can start concentrating more.
