      Trouble with WILD/Sleep paralysis

So this morning I decided to try and WILD again, because I've never been able to do it successfully. I lay in a comfortable position, cleared my head, and after a while, I started to feel really strange. I felt like I was being weighed down and felt an odd heat and vibration over my body. That continued, and then my eyes started doing odd things. I felt like they were blinking rapidly even though they were closed. But once the sensation and eye movement subsided, I just felt...awake. And in bed. I once again had the urge to move around, and felt as though I could open my eyes or get up and any time. I lay there for a while, but in the end just rolled over and got up.

The problem is, this happens every time I try to WILD. I feel most of the sensations(besides hallucination) associated with sleep paralysis, and then they stop and I'm awake. Is there something I'm doing wrong here?

I have been looking for an answer to this also. I have the same problems. I can lay still, not swallow, not move, keep my eyes close. I feel weird sensations come over my body. They last for, I guess, 20 or 30 seconds at the most. Then, I feel awake. Usually, I will lay there and keep trying. Finally, I open my eyes and the clock is an hour ahead.

I have a hard time getting HI, and I don't think I have ever seen HI. Although, I am pretty sure that I have been through SP several times.

      Any idea whats going on?

Same here too. i've tried after some sleep, i've tried not, and that same thing happens to me. But every time now, i relax more but my eyes always open, and once they fully open then im awake for the next 30 min at least.

Hmmm, are you getting excited when this happens? If you are, then that might be the problem. When I would try for a WILD (never had one) I'd get the blinking eyes, and the vibrations. I even got as far as feeling like my ass was sinking into my couch, and hearing funny noises. I stopped trying for WILDs and just do reality checks, cause I'm always going to feel excited when stuff like that happens. So, you could try your best not to get excited, if you do. Easier said then done, I know.
