If you decide to come out of one how should you do so? It's strange that I've read lots about WILD and in the middle of an attempt I suddenly realised I didn't know how to come out of one early! I opted to move my fingers a little and gradually move body parts a little, one by one until I could feel my body again and then opened my eyes very slowly. That's more or less what I've learned as the best way to end meditation early. Is that a good way? |

Lucid dreams, gotta love em.
That was extraordinary, I must say. I'm trying hard not to look like an over-excited, overenthusiastic newbie here but...I've got to ask, "Was I doing it right?" |

Generally, I try to concentrate very hard on my "real" physical body, as if I've awaken. It works fine most of the time. Howerver, when you're well anchored in a vivid lucid dream, it takes a little extra effort to get out of it. |
