      Yes!!! I Wilded!!!!!!!

      FINALLY!!!

I fell asleep for the transition and all, but I snapped awake in a dream! I was WBTBing at random, and I DID IT!!! I snapped into a dream and immediately realized I was dreaming, so I took a celebratory tumble around the room! It was really faint and dizzy and no matter how much I shouted, it wouldn't clarify, so I tried spinning. It worked!.. Sort of. I appeared on the couch, my cat was there. He was VERY realistic. But the strange thing was, he couldn't do anything unless I was controlling him. Then I lost lucidity because my dream was too faint to keep a hold of it.

      WOW WOW WOOOW!!!!!

Excellent. Well done. Please put your success-rate in your signature so we can track your progress. (And turn green with envy.)

This makes me ask a question though: if you weren't aware for the transition stage then it's not technically a WILD but something else?

Oh, I nearly forgot. When did you start trying to WILD?

Yes, it is counted as a WILD, because you move directly from falling asleep into a dream and you realize it. You don't have to be aware of the transition phase, although it is a heck of a lot cooler. ( have felt the transition phase in the past, before I knew what lucid dreaming was)

I have been trying to WILD for a little over a week now, trying for several hours nearly every night. During that time, I ended up having a few DILDs, but since then, my non-lucid dreams seem to have been quite a bit fainter and that's been a lot more difficult. WILDing is a lot more fun.

I don't think this is a WILD. You're supposed to go from waking to dreaming with NO lapse in consiousness. My first "WILD" was similar to this though, it happened again today. I'm bout to make a thread.
      Lucid dreams, gotta love em.

Oh. OK. I suppose I'll get better eventually. So far, I've been failing, because I keep falling asleep now whenever I try to WILD. Oh, well. At least I'm learning how to relax myself.
