I think im so close, I need help!

Okay so i've been reading up and practicing wilding latley, and I got a few questions. Ive never wild'ed before but I feel im very close.

When ever im just entering SP I feel my heart rate go up. I read that this is normal but how many times do I have to attept to wild before this stops?

My next question is what is it like to go into a dream. Like whats it like to go from the blackness you see while your just lying in bed to a dream? Will it just form a realistic setting? I ask this because when im lying in bed and im waiting to go in a dream I dont know what to expect. I hope that made sense.

      Replys are greatly appreciated,

You spend 1/3 of your life asleep, so why waste it?

Me too but it only happens to me when I use tactile senses when WILDing. If I try to induce WILDs with a tactile sensation like pulling an imaginary rope, my heart goes racing like I'm about to have an heart attack.

Once you get used to WILDing and have several of them, the heart rate problems seem to stop. Most of the time the increase in heart rate is just a hallucination. Just stay as calm as possible and continue with slow deep breathes. As long as you keep your mind calm and relaxed your heart rate should not increase greatly. Like I said, if it seems to have increased for no apparent reason, then it is most likely a hallucination.

Well, upon entering the WILD state the blackness from my closed eyes begins to see "movement" in the dark. Soon followed by a color or two every now and then. Eventually, small fuzzy objects and images begin to appear in my "mind's eye." The images soon clear up and become full blown scenes. At this point I know I am very close to fully transitioning. At this point I usually begin to "see through my eyelids" and glance around the room. My body usually begins to float/slide around the room for a bit. Once it stops I simply stand up in my room and I am within my dream. My SP and HI is usually different each time I WILD and is a bit difficult to describe in full I hoped I helped a bit.
