      The Transition

Question, Im laying there relaxing just repeat i'll remember my dreams, and trying not to let my mind wander from that. After a while i get real funny feeling and all of a sudden i couldnt feel myself on my bed. My body felt like it was moving around all weird. Best i can describe it is like my body was waves of water or something. All wavey. Cept for my legs. It stayed like this for 2 minutes then i got annoyyed cause it wasnt progressing anywhere so i tried to make my legs feel wavey to complete the scenario and move on but it just snapped me out of it. what should i have done? I didnt want to open my eyes and enter dream until it stopped cause ive had some scary experiences opening my eyes too soon lol.

Hmm, once you get to this wavy feeling, I suggest letting your mind wonder. Your thoughts should slowly turn into images and scenes. Once this happens casually watch the scenes and let the dreamscape build around you. If you are in SP for a long time and can't seem to make progress, you can always try to imagine a dream scene around you. Imagine it very vividly and once you can actually see it, try to immerse yourself within it. Good Luck!

Im assuming that wavey feeling was SP, because ive never experienced any HI before, like i dont see colors, hear noise, no vibrations, nothing like that, so i get bored really fast with the whole process and end up trying to rush it. Is there anyway I can get some HI to look at so i have something to do? Am i doing something wrong?

The 4 times ive had LD's ive just been laying there with no HI untill all of a sudden SP kicked in then i got a weird feeling like floating out of body or wavy like that and then just left my body and started my LD in my room. I tried just letting my mind wander but everytime I do that i lose conciousness in like 0.2 seconds. If i dont focus on something 24/7 really hard I feel my conciousness constantly slipping away. It'll be like, ok thoughts wander but keep watch. 30min later. oh crap what was I just thinking about, Get back on target. lol

hey usher5671, I know what you mean by getting bored while doing wild. What I do is think about a scene really hard, a vision, and then try and pretend like I'm dreaming by moving around interacting with objects. After a while you'll notice it get's easier to have all your senses intact and you'll soon just fall into the world of dreams, this is called the VILD. here is the thread: http://dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=40861

Also I found it to help if your mind is to much on over drive once your OBE (out of body experience) lay back in your own bed (I use my room because it's the easiest to imagine) and lay in the exact same spot you are actually laying down on. The next time you try and get up it should be with your imaginary senses. Anyways, look at the thread, it makes WILD a lot more interesting.
