      Question Roll Signal Usage Poll

      I am doing some research based on Nick Newport's Lucidology. This question is meant to uncover how individuals have use the roll signal. Nick says to igore the roll signal sometimes but when talking about his Stop, Drop & Roll technique he says when you feel the roll signal come on slowly roll.

      Here's my questions.

      How many of you don't move at all when you feel the roll signal AND enter sleep paralysis? And if so, how quickly on average does the transition take?

      How many of you slowly roll in response to the roll signal and enter sleep paralysis? Do you start on your side or, on your back?

      Hmm, it´s interesting that you´re studying this, but you might be wasting your time. Newport made most of that up just to get money, and he got the roll signal theory from Jeff777´s article anyways.

      I try not to respond to the "roll signal", but I usually fail.
