Not if you are taking a nap. However, you must sleep before attempting to WILD when you go to bed. 4 or 5 hours is usually recommended.

In the last few days I've experienced the vibrations for the first time and have had a short LD from the WILD. The "problem" is just that the vibrations have come without me seeking them really, I've just laid down on the bed and after some time they came to me when I was only half-conscious. I would like to enter them more consciously, so I have more control.

I have found a way that makes it very easy for me to fall asleep now, after staying up some hours during WBTB. So since now have gotten rid with the falling asleep-problem, do you think the next step of doing a full-concious WILD will not be so far away? My last WILD came after using my new WBTB-method that I find to suit me.
