Talking WILD questions.Do You Have Any?

Wilding is very easy if you don't think too much about it and if you bare with the hh and vibrations. I usualy use vild and i usualy get an ld or a very vivid dream. My common visualization is that of me and my friends walking on a beach and talking. At some point i can control the hh and get incapsulated in a dream fairly easy.If you have any questions just ask.

How long do you usually have to wait for SP to kick in?

When you are attempting to WILD, when you are lying still and you have the massive urge to move your body, what do you do? Ignoring it is really hard.

No but if you try wilding when you go to bed you have to wayt for an hour and a half and you only get 10 min of lucidity in a very low ld.
It's best ot use wild after 5-6 hours of sleep.

Not if you are taking a nap. However, you must sleep before attempting to WILD when you go to bed. 4 or 5 hours is usually recommended.

I had the same question. I have found that slow lazy conscious responses work best. Once I do this I have to be very careful b/c my transitions hit really quick after that.

Slow lazy conscious responses? What do you mean by this?

How do you stabilize yourself on the border of sleep/awake? How do you manage not to fall asleep or stay wide awake?

Okay, I've been attempting to WILD and am a bit confused.
When I do it, I'll begin to see and hear HI, and I'll know it's HI and I'll just sort of passively watch it, and wait for a dreamscene to create itself. But usually this never happens. Then, I'll start to get the trippy vibrations and pressure, as in transitioning into SP, right? So question is, when I get the vibrations, is that actually SP or the transition into SP still? Do I wait for them to end to visualize a dreamscape/"jump" into one, or get up? Or do I try these things during the vibrations?

Also, I have WILD'd (what I think is WILD anyway) twice in the past week; I'm pretty sure they started where I was just laying down, started to see HI, got into SP, then I sort of lost "conciousness" so to say, then I ended up waking up, like a false awakening, doing an RC on my hand, then going lucid immediately. I just want to make the transition into the dreamstate clearer for more vividness, I suppose.

I usually picture myself rubbing my hands, then I transistion from thinking about doing it to actually doing it - never focus too much on SP either, or it'll stall you from falling asleep. I was fully aware about going from being awake to being in a dream, and it was like looking at a black and white 2D person then color appeared and it went blurry and 3D, and got stronger. I had this sinking feeling as I went into the dream... almost orgasmic.

Also, it took me 4 days before I realized that focusing on SP does nothing to help. I learned the hard way.

So I tried WILD... I got some small HI but didn't enter SP. The only problem I have is that my mind ends up thinking on one thing too long and I feel asleep. Any tips to keep myself awake so I don't drift off into sleep? Should I count my breaths? Because that's what i've been hearing. What other methods do you use?

      Ditto.

Haha, but thanks a lot Loaf, that really helps! I guess I just should focus more on the dreaming aspect, rather then my physical body, in SP?
