      Is this WILD?

It was a daytime and I was in a sitting position and did some reverse blinking and I saw some HI. Then I started focusing on what do I actually want to see and every now and then I could still feel my body, but also see the imagery.

click here for detailed visions what I saw

Is it a dream when you sense your body?
It wasn't an OBE because I never felt outside of my body.

What is the difference between a great detailed imagination and a dream?

      Thank you already.

Hmm...it sounds to me like you were still in the transitional phase to the dream state. Before the transition (and even once you are within the dream), it is common to still be able to "feel" your body every now and then. Stabilization techniques can help with this during the dream state.

It sounds to me like you were on the right track for the WILD technique. Just stay as calm as possible and try to immerse yourself within these visions/detailed imagery. You seem to have gotten pretty close to WILD.

So what was missing from a WILD?

If I were more bound or involved, then it would have been a WILD? What is the difference between a transition phase and a WILD ?

      Curiosity, curiosity, curiosity !

Ok, so now that this is cleared up, Congrats on your first WILD ! Sorry I misunderstood your first post and didn't realize that you actually entered the dream state after the HI. Once again, congrats!
