For the past 3 days i've tried to wild. the problem is i cant relax i have all this thoughts in my head. the closest i got was starting to see images and colors (or it was just me being insane i'm not sure if colors and pictures are a sign of getting close). Another thing that caught my attention is my pulse becomes rapid and i have a hard time getting enough air. i assume i'm just excited to have a lucid dream but i really need to relax and i don't know how. |

Well what i have been doing is just what you recommend i've been following seekers' guide (here) which say's counting your breaths but, i still find my mind wandering to the point the i snap back into focus and remember that i'm supposed to be counting breaths and have to start over. |

Which is why WILD takes skill in staying focused on counting breaths. It takes time and practice for most. It's not required to count your breaths though. If you can let your mind wander through thoughts without falling asleep, you can do it that way. In fact, some people use that instead. They usually try to visualize their dream scene and what they want to dream about. This doesn't work for me because I fall asleep everytime. Try what works for you, but remember WILD is not going to be easy all the time. It takes some skill to stay awake while still relaxing. |

Thanks, i'll see if i can WILD with just thinking of my dream scene next instead, along with the flex freeze method. |
