I did the Wake Back To Bed WILD technique last night and had a strange SP epsiode. I managed to crack my eyes open during SP, and I saw windshield wipers on my bedroom windows, and streaks of colors in my field of vision. I immediately became overwhelmed with euphoria and started to laugh uncontrollably (but my mouth didnt work). I knew I was either dreaming or seeing HI, but I was too enveloped by the euphoric visuals and vibrations to care. Does anybody know anything about SP and euphoria?
