      WILD or DILD

      Is it possible to DILD within 5-10 minutes of going to bed without trying???

      i read that you only REM sleep after 90 min. or so of sleep and i routinely pretty accurately fall under this pattern of sleep ,dream,wake up,recall,record go back to sleep.

      but i had a wicked lucid dream just moments after going to sleep.
      I am ,though ,pretty sure i fell asleep first,did i WILD???

      Confused but hey...as long as there coming i dont mind....
      fly[/] go into space[/] land on the moon[ ] (couldnt find it) land on pyramids[/] go underwater[/]
      meet my wife[ ]

      when the full realization that I am dreaming washes

      over me its like the gift of a superpower or a new world where anything is possible
