      Angry Damn, I really cant WILD

      Ok, I didn't get much sleep the past two days, and on both of them I tried to do a nap WILD. Both times, no matter how long I stayed still (at least an hour both time) I could never get past a full body numbness. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong?

      Hmm... Have you tried WBTB wild? I'm personally better with naps (Although I know what I've been doing wrong with WBTB).

      yea but I always either get too awake or fall asleep too quick. I've tried WBTB every night too but I know it never lasted more than 5 minutes

      well unfortunately those were all complete luck DILDs, and that's after more than a year of being into LDing

      OMFG!!! This is fucked up! I was trying to WILD for a solid two hours in one position!!!

      Is there any part of WILDing you have to do consciously or is my body just retarded? I keep thinking it's like what Clarity said about missing the signal that you're asleep, but I honestly feel exactly the same throughout the whole night after the first five minutes, not even a subtle change!!!

      Has anyone else ever had this problem? Doing everything right and still not being able to WILD? I'm so fucking pissed that I'm about to stop even attempting to WILD because it screws up my sleep schedule royally!

      Yeah I would try a WBTB. Also, when I first started trying to WILD, I was too concerned about staying really aware so I would just lay in bed with my eyes closed and nothing would happen. Try making actually falling asleep your first priority with your conciousness chillin in the background. I usually get nearly completely lost in my thoughts and HI and when SP kicks in I am alerted and become more aware and just wait or visualize something.

      okay, I'll try tonight, but one more question. can anyone describe what SP feels like so I actually know when I should test for it?
