      Question I have a question?

      If i wake up after my dreams naturally would it be easier for me to WILD/DEILD

      I think it'll be easier to deild if you can remember your dreams then you can reenter that dream.

      Does that mean i have to remember the dream to DEILD meaning i cannot create my own???

      no, i think that you can create your own, i think he means it'll be easier to go back into the dream you just had rather than make a new one.

      I don't think you guys quite know how a DEILD works.

      A DEILD is WILD that takes advantage of either the end of natural sleep phases (usually the later ones) or premature awakenings to enter a dream-state much faster and efficiently than would normally be possible using a standard WILD method. It doesn't matter what the dream before it involved.

      Of course, some DEILD variations take advantage of that kind of information, but you don't really need it as long as you know you had a dream and can recognize waking up. So, yes, recall is important.
