I got SP last night, it was the first time I'd ever experienced the sensations of something being in/on the bed. Only for me, my "trouser snake" felt unusually large and was slithering around down south |

I went to bed at around 10:00 and after a few dreams, had an LD. I could tell it was beginning to wane off, and so when I found myself in my bed, I lay still and kept my eyes shut (DEILD). It worked! I felt vibrations and then forced myself to roll out, off my bed and onto the floor to stand up. The only thing was, My vision was really blurry and dark. I had to ask a DC I summoned to fix it. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

"I feel my heart glow
with enthusiasm which elevates me to heaven; for nothing contributes so much to tranquillise the mind as a steady purpose--a point
on which the soul may fix its intellectual eye." -
Victor Frankenstein
My LDs that lasted more than 3 seconds all had blurry vision, including my first wild |

Maybe the next time after you "roll out", stand still for a moment to allow things to...build up/stabilize around you. |

Yeah, but it's dark and blurry the moment I begin rolling out. =/ I'll try that next time. |
