Today, I was attempting a midmorning WILD. I layed back, and within seconds I began to experience SP. SP for me has always been rather unpleasant; often I feel like I'm "sandblasted" and shake out of it repeatedly because it just "feels" as if something bad is happening to me. Is there any easy way around that?
And here's my second problem. I did see some success today. But this often happens to me while I WILD; I'll like imagine a scenario in vivid detail and even begin to see it. But, all the while, I just think it's all a daydream and that I haven't entered the dream yet. It isn't until after I wake that I realize I was dreaming all the while and not just imagining a scene. Has this happened to anyone else, if I was able to sufficently describe it?
