Please Help: All of my DEILD and WILD attemps are not working!

I have attempted 3 DEILDs and 3 WILDS. Non of them were successful
I entered SP in all 6 tries, but it didn't work. All three DEILD attemps were in the morning, between 7-8AM. I fell asleep around 11:30PM-12AM. So around 7-8 hours of sleep. All three times I was in a dream and it suddenly started to fade. I knew I was waking up, so laid perfectly still. Right after the dream faded and I knew I was awake, I laid still and within seconds I started to enter SP. I felt REALLY wierd, felt like I was moving up and down(with my head being up and my feet being down) really fast, and I heard wierd noises. I just laid still, kept my breathing normal, and it was like that for 10 seconds or so, and then it stopped. Didn't fade out, it just stopped. Two of the times I waited for a few seconds, then checked to see if I was awake or in an FA. Both times I was awake. The third time, after the SP suddenly stopped, I didn't move, and a minute later, went throught the exact same thing.

I took a nap around 1-2PM. After laying totally still for 45 minutes, the exact same thing happened. Same feeling and sounds. After it stopped I laid still for a few minutes, same thing. Why is this happening?

Also, this morning I wrecked a perfect DEILD, because I couldn't be more terrified. This has happened to me before lots of times before I knew about LDing and SP. I wake up from a terrifying nightmare, but I fell like I have never been more tired. I feel too weak to move, and I start to enter SP, the exact same way I explained up above. I couldnt' be more scared. I could not move. I tried to scream out but could not. It felt like someone was choking me. Then the nightmare I just left starts to fade in around me. I fight the SP and get out of it, and feel so weak I can barely move. then the same thing happens, and I struggle out of SP, and then try and sit up and move around so it wouldn't happen. I know, it would of been a perfect DEILD, since the dream started to form around me. This happened around 7AM. Why?

How come when I purposly try to DEILD, it doesn't work? Is it because I woke at the end of a REM cycle? I don't think so, because I woke up yesterday morning because I blew up and died in the dream(I almost always wake up when I die, only 1 exception). Or, is it because I am focusing on what I want the dream to be about?

Please Help, I am frusterated that I have tried a bunch of times, started to enter SP, and then it stopped.

One of two things. your either reachign the end of your REM period, or your staying in Sp for too long. When you get SP IMMEDIATELY visualize your dream and jump in there. You shouldnt be in SP for any longer than 3-5 seconds.

^That's good advice, but another thing to do is roll when you enter SP. This will hopefully catapult you into a dream.

At least you've gotten SP. I've tried way more times than you, and I've got nothing.

Ok thanks. Yea, I didn't know what I was suppossed to do when I got into SP, since all I got were images and no visuales. One time a white light was flashing when I started to enter SP, but dissappeared almost right away. So if I sit in SP too long, I will just snap out of it?
Thanks! I will try rolling over and visualizing what I want tommarrow morning.

I don't really know if you will just snap out of it, but really, when you get SP just think of being in your bed in the same room and just raising up just like you really would and you will be in your room, in a dream. Thats how i do it.

I get the same problem with WILDS. I will get into SP, have vibrations and noises and whatnot, and then all of the sudden it'll just randomly stop... and I know I'm awake. I can just tell. And no matter how long I lie there, nothing happens D:
      Lolwut.
