      First Try

      I did my first WILD attempt this morning and didnt have a lucid dream but I feel like I made progress

      I did a WBTB then I tried the WILD by first focusing on my breathing and then letting images flash across my mind....for some reason I also twitched alot too

      I got one twitch at my chin which sent a shock down my entire body

      The images eventually got vivider
      then turned into scenes
      then vivider scenes
      then I was half acting in them (I could still feel my body sleeping)
      one I actually smiled and felt it separate from my body
      the last one I was in a classroom Hogwarts style and was told to read but I just pushed back in seat deciding not to read and felt it like real life

      then the phone rang....

      and I snapped out of it and decided to get up to answer

      Awesome! Nice progress so far. Just keep practicing, experiences like these will only help strengthen your ability to WILD at will. Those damn telephones! I've lost many a good lucid because of them, lol. Nice job and good luck in your future attempts. Be sure to post any updates you have. I look forward to seeing your progress. Good luck!

      Only tried WILD once, but i got an DILD instead:/
      But only hearing your story before the dream really started makes it worth trying! Keep it going bro', and let us know your further attempts.
