      Screaming and spinning

When I was trying to WILD about 30min in I felt like the room was spinning at an insane speed around me and the bed. I also felt like a person was standing over me screaming. I was telling myself it wasn't real but the fear made me jump out of bed in a cold sweat.
Was this because of SP? Does anything like this happen to any of you or is this just me? I would feel like this when I was little before I could fall asleep and it was always a fear of mine.

Sounds like the intense end of vibrational state hallucinations. No worries really, but it can take some time getting used to. See if next time you can ride out those feelings without becoming terrified. If you keep doing that, relaxing while in this state, you will eventually come to enjoy those sensations and likely they will become far less intense too.

Oh yeah, that is just the HH setting in. I have hallucinated someone getting into bed with me and trying to push me out, lol. I have also had a woman screaming in my face. You just have to stay as calm as possible, and basically think to yourself, "Yeah right! Like this is going to stop me from becoming lucid." Take that calm, confident, "laugh in the face of fear" approach...lol

PS: It is always good to reassure yourself that it is all just a hallucination and nothing can harm you.
