Question Ok, WILD, What, When, Where, How?

Ok, i have tryed Yoshi's WILD technique, the first time i accidently fell asleep, but had a dream 15 minutes after, Lucky as hell. Then i tryed again, i felt like i was being too fast, had a too fast tempo on the things, and didnt know how to slow down.. And i only had 2 DILD's since i started here, Zero WILD's.

My dream recall is good sometimes and bad mostly, i dont know how to excersise it, my mom thinks i am stressing myself by writing DJ's when waking up, and she probithed me. Very annoying, so i am trying WILD's now, however, i am not sure about the following things:

      1. When to WILD? When going to sleep? When waking up in "teh middle of da knight"

      2. Umm, im blank, just fill all the possible gaps.

It your fucking world! Do whatever you want to it.. Its fine, as you cant do it in the waking world, you will never think of doing it in the waking world, if its something wrong like blowing up the world or raping a cat..

WILDs: 1 DILDs: 2 DEILD: 1(Maybe more, because many times i i figure it out while exitting the dream..)

      1. Many people say it's best to WILD using WBTB at the beginning of an REM cycle, but I do it 'old school' when I'm going to sleep. It's a matter of choice. Some people also swear by naps.
      2. You concentrate on something to not fall asleep. Then you just wait. A lot of people make it sound a lot harder than it actually is...

Are there any requirements on WILD? (Good dream recall, no stress ETC)?

It's best to be relaxed (I like to do a little gentle stretching and meditate before I go to WILD-attempt) but you will most likely remember the dream on your own. It's always good to have good recall but it's not strictly necessary for WILDing.
