I've recently tried using the WILD tech to get a lucid dream but i cant even get to SP any more! the first time i tried i got there but now i just fall asleep! Please help!! |

i went to bed around 11 the first time and woke up at 4 and recently i've gone to bed at 9-10 and woken up at 1 |

Try reverse-blinking. I tried it, and it actually works to get you tired.. In the case that you aren't tired when you wake up.. This happens to me. |

You never know, I was widely awake one second doing a WILD, the other second I am sleeping as if I have been in a sleeping state for 20 years and I would not be awoken for another 20. |

Thats true. However sometimes its also better to stick with one method for a while. Akono is correct, keep aiming to what works best for you. That way, you will find what works best, and what doesn't work so well. |
