Does this have anything to do with SP

I just tried wilding without succeeding, however this question came to my mind.
When I just lay still, eyes closed, on my back; Sometimes (after 10 minutes) it just feels like I'm spinning around very fast, not like rolling, but really like if my bed was spinning. Sometimes if feels like it tilts and than it feels a little bit like a freefall. It feels kinda good
I wondered whether this has anything to do with SP (it would be a good motivation for me)
And please do not reply with things such as "Yeah, there are many different things that you can experience during SP"
I'd rather hear something like "No. I've never heard of that" or "Yes, it's a common thing with SP"
Please don't get me wrong, I appreciate all the help that I've got and I get very much
      Thanks in advance, Ruba

SP is simply waking up, or going to sleep and feeling that one cannot move. Anything other than that are just hallucinations.

Hallucinations can happen during SP, but they don't define it.

I had this happen a few times, so I would say yet is normal. The first time I wilded i felt my body spinning around in circles and then landing on the the ground...then the dream scene appeared. I have woken up in SP as well and felt my body rocking like on a boat.

One thing I don't get. People feel that they can't move during SP, however most threads on SP say that to get out of SP you just have to move your fingers but how is that possible

This is if you are not 100% in sleep paralysis. You can have partial or even 99% paralysis. If you are not fully paralyzed, you will likely still be able to move your fingers and toes. By moving them it alerts your body you are not sleeping and brings you out of it.

So does your sleep paralysis slowly increase to 100 % or do some people just not have 100 % paralysis?
How would one get out of 100% SP (if possible)?

Change your breathing pattern. This will alert your body. You can also give yourself self hypnotic suggestions that you can move since SP is deep trance. The breathing change should work everytime though. You can hold your breath, hyperventilate, take really long breaths, etc.
