I've been trying to wild yesterday, however..

My heart rate went so fast that I think it kinda "prevented" me from going into SP.
It's just that I'm so excited (and little bit scared of SP too) etc. so my heart rate goes very fast

You need to relax more before starting try 61 point relaxation or flex and release relaxation. Your heart rate probably should not ever be going up that much. At least when I wild it never does. Good luck!

Ya man WILDS have to happen when you are REAAALLLY relaxed like right before you fall asleep. Dont be afraid of the SP though it can get kind of wierd, but just tell yourself to stay calm and ride it out. Before you know it you will materialize in a dream. To me its almost like re-spawning in a video game; its a pretty unique experience.

Is there a way I can force myself into SP so I can see for myself whether it's scary or not?

You just need to lie really still and trick your brain into thinking your body is asleep. Don't move a muscle; do nothing but breathe. I had SP very quickly after doing this, although it may take longer for some people. You just need to keep still, but remember that if you are in any way uncomfortable with SP at any point, just open your eyes or move a part of your body and you will snap out of it.

Hi Ruba, I am afraid that force doesn't work in case of any spiritual activity. You simply need to relax and let go. Why don't you start off with meditation? I am sure that will help you be peaceful and relaxed. Good luck!

So even if there's lots of sounds that distract you, or you "talk" to yourself (*this is gonna be friggin awesome :3*) , it's just a matter of lying still?

And you're supposed to see "what you'd normally see" (+ eventually HI) "through" your eyelids?

Yes, a lot of it is your body and not your mind. When your mind AFFECTS your body (e. g. getting so scared you hyperventilate and your heart rate increases) then you have a problem, but otherwise there's not problem with that kind of stuff.

So you have it about right!

Nice Job! It usually happens to me unintentionally as well. Usually in the mornings after I have woken up from normal sleep, but continue to attempt to sleep.

I get the same problem. Right as I feel myself entering into a dream scene I wake myself up because I'm so excited. So damn frustrating! I guess you just gotta keep practicing until it's not a such a big deal to get to the "dream scene" stage and you won't get so excited. I dunno.
