      Exclamation Stuck between!!!

      Hey Xiper here,

      I have been trying to WILD lately and I seem to get stuck at SP. To catch you up I have only tried WILDing before sleeping, not WBTB. I will lay there and count or just go thoughtless till feel numb. I will be numb for the rest if the try but on and off I will get a small feeling of moving...nothing much...nothing big... then it will fade and I will be numb this it happens again. This maybe happens 2 times till im like 2 hours in and just quit. I have never felt "Real" SP like moving fast or colors.

      Could it be that im not doing it right?.... or am I at the verge of SP and LD yet im not in REM so im kicked back to trying till my mind tries again and says "no, still not in REM" and it fades again?... I know I need to try it in WBTB or CANWILD but I want to know if this is what it is or if im doing it wrong

      Any help would be great

      P.S- when ppl say WILD while napping do they mean you nap and WBTB or just WILD when napping?... If it is just WILDing while napping, whats the difference in that and WILDing while going to sleep?

      Try with WBTB, and relax. Its the only real info i can give you as everyone experianced WILD differently.

      For the napping thing, the reason that they can WILD when napping compared to before sleep, is because, they would go into REM immediately while that is unlikely to be the case when going to sleep since you start off in NREM. As for WILDs in general, I would wake up before a REM period, they usually take place every 90min, so, wake up around 4hr into your sleep or before 6hr and try to WILD then. I tried this last night, I remember seeing some stars then I think I just fell asleep

      You gotta WBTB unless you're taking a nap otherwise you won't hit REM sleep so no lucid dream
