      Time lapse WILD problem

I recently Started up WILD again after not doing it for some time and had a problem with it. I got into SP fine and started getting hallucinations, like normal, but then all of a sudden my body felt like it was vibrating, I could feel my pulse in every part of my body and I was ultra alert. This was really weird and I could feel my mind get stuck on the same thought over and over again. 'Go to the island' I was telling myself, which is were I go when I meditate, but I couldn't get anywhere anymore because my mind was so clear except for that thought.

At this point I was feeling weird and thought that I could just try again later. I had started a little after 4 and thought that only 15 or 30 minutes had gone by, but when I looked at my watch after getting up more than an hour had passed.

I didn't think I had slept, because I had no dreams that I could remember, I was awake the whole time... I thought, but I have a huge time lapse I can't explain.

Neither the time loss or the lack of dream memory are new to me, but I have never had them both at the same time. It's like I blacked out for bit or something. If anyone can offer advice I would appreciate it. Thanks for your help.

      worked it out

I seem to have fixed my issue, I attempted again this morning and and gained the memory control back and the time lapse issue is now something I can deal with. I am back in full swing and lucidity is once again mine.

Haha ok glad to hear you've fixed your problem! I also have weird dream/WILD perception of time... my last DILD seemed to last at least two hours but my REM only lasts about 1/2 hr so obviously there's a bit of a discrepancy there... lol

You must have dozed off for a little while. When you are in that weird limbo state between sleep and dreams, it is easy to fall asleep without knowing it. That is, sort of, the point, right?
